Hot!LAN8720 seems to fail while tcpip stack keeps working?

thank you for your answer, i've tried to had a snubber, but the problem might be more general on the board, or on the starter kit board, because no matter the relay is used or not, when the power voltage cord is too close to the ethernet plug and switched on/off, the ethernet fall randomly.

Hi Nornor,
 
It might indeed very well be that the problem is more general, having power lines close to a sensitive device such as an Ethernet PHY is usually a bad idea. Is it not possible to ensure that the power cord does not get too close? Of course I don't know your project at all so I have no idea whether this suggestion makes sense :).
