From 16C765 to 18F4450

Hi,

Many years ago, I've developped source codes for Pic 16C765.
At this time, a zip package was available on Microchip's site with all necessary asm files for usb primitives : usb_ch9.asm, hidclass.asm,...

Now, I would like to upgrade my system with Pic 18F4450 (pins are the same).
What is the best way to convert the usb primitives asm files ?  Is a package for 18f4450 available ?

Thanks a lot

Alex

    Thanks MBedder for the link,
But I couldn't find the code source of 'traditional' USB primitives like TokeDone, SetupPacket, InPacket, OutPacket, Descriptor functions....
Does anyone have these code sources ?

Have you looked at the older versions of the microchip MLA libraries? They should be available on the microchip website.

Even better, upgrade the PIC18F4450 to the newer, cheaper PIC18F45K50!  The pins are in the same order but may be in a smaller footprint package.  Also the K50 device can run FS USB without an external crystal.

But the old ASM is going to be very difficult to translate.  Suggest restarting with Either MLA or MCC depending on your application.
