MCP39F511 Auto-Calibration

I am trying to auto-calibrate MCP39F511 by using Microchip chip Power Monitor, and I tried to calibrate the device according to the calibration formula in the Datasheet. I made a calibration with no load but the auto-calibration gain response is failed. I was wondering how to select the user expected current RMS value so that calibration value must be 25,000-65,535. I also attached the screenshot of my calibration results.
