CE certification experience with BLE modules (specifically RN4871)

I was in contract with the CE certification agency, amoungst all other tests they would like to conduct a "Tx radiated spurious according to ETSI EN 300 328" standard.
"For Tx radiated spurious emission the operational mode shall be continuous (100% duty cycle of the transmitters are desirable, if not the test time would increase) so that normal minimum dwell times and scan times can be used according to the standards."

In my understanding this kind of test is not possible with the production firmware available on the product page of the device (RN4871 in my case).

Does anyone here have any any experience with this and know how to proceed?

Thank you for your time.

Cheers!

why do you need to do the CE certification? The module already has certified with CE and you could only refer to the original certification when using the module directly.

My question is more related to CE certification of the whole product (which includes the modeule).
I have been in contact with support team and have received a test software for this kind of TX radiated spurious emmision tests.
I have not tried the software yet but once the CE pretest is done will update on this thread, might be helpful information.

Thanks myZigbee, have a good one!!

    Hello Spandan.
I'm having the same problem. Could you please send the test software to me you have received?

Thank you very much for your help.
