RN4678 111 module vs 100 module

I'm currently buying the RN4678-V/RM100 and flashing it to v1.11 firmware. The RN4678-V/RM111 has been available from Microchip Direct for some time.

1. Please confirm, the RN4678-V/RM111 contains v1.11 firmware
2. Has anyone used this RN4678-V/RM111 successfully?
3. When I install the RN4678-V/RM111 in my design, will it behave exactly the same as the RN4678-V/RM100 that has been flashed with v1.11 firmware?

Thanks

    Your understanding is my understanding.
I am getting a few boards made up with the RM111 part to insure I have no issues. I would suggest the same.

Hmmm, if I'm reading their minimum order quantity correctly, Microchip Direct sells the modules in multiples of 88. I wanted to buy just a few.

And the devices are located in Thailand. Guess I won't be ordering 1-2 for quick eval.

Shouldn't Microchip Direct be the one place where you WOULDN'T have MOQs?

I notice in the link from post 1 the "RN4678APL-V/RM100" are priced " 1 - 25 $9.59, available in multiples of 5", though they allowed me to add 2 to my cart.
The "RN4678-V/RM100", same price does not seem to have any minimum required.

Though they are packaged in a tray of 88 it does not say minimum order is 88.

Thanks Jim. But it says the '111 is "Available in multiples of 88".
My purchasing agent tried to add the RN4788-V/RM111 to the cart.
When she tried to add 5 to the cart, it complained that we must order in multiples of 88.
So today she added 3 to the cart, and it was accepted.
Taking another look to see whether there is something unusual about quantity 5.

In this case a request for samples may have worked.
But since your Rep hooked you up it may not matter.

I do not know what to say.
Maybe it depends on where you are located.

I have mine in finished boards.
They work the same as the ones I updated to V1.11
