BM20 VDDA switches off

I have (perhaps foolishly) specified the BM20 for a new product currently in development.
It forms part of a bigger intercom system for aircraft and its main purpose is to allow phone connectivity for the pilot and stream music.

So - of course it did not take long for things not to work as expected. Thanks to posts on this forum I was able to make slow progress though. After just a few E2 updates things got badly corrupted and I ended up having to reverse engineer the comms to rewrite the entire EEPROM with the textual data created by the tools. Sadly there is no tool provided to rewrite the entire EEPROM. Anyway - that restored the thing and basically all works well (again - only with the help of information on this forum). The BM20 is operated in "Power on Directly" mode, no "buttons" used and all is disabled. All timers are disabled.
Everything seems to work, I can receive calls, stream music, it automatically pairs after power up to last device. Great. Except for one thing: After a few minutes of no active streaming  (no music, no calls) - internal VDDA switches off. It's available on an external pin but not connected to anything except a cap. Once that happens - no more audio out. Even with incoming call or music streaming (which happens - the COMM messages received confirm that) - VDDA remains off and so far I have not been able to find a way to get it to power up or stay powered up. It's controlled by an internal switch in the IS2020 chip.
If I simply apply 3V externally onto this pin all works fine.

So - anybody out there got any idea how to get this working or should I simply give up and either hardwire the VDDA to 3V or change perhaps to the BM62 ?

I experienced the same, when idle for few hours there will no audio.
But checking the status via serial, seems everything report OK such as in streaming.
Only reboot solve - so this is not steady.

Open case since Nov 25, 2018.
Not yet got any feedback, case status still "new".
    ===========
I have developed the module by implement the Bluetooth BM20.
When the module standby for some period of time such ~30 minutes or few hours, when play music or call in there is no audio output.
But since I connect with tool, when query the status it report correctly such as on stream, just no audio.
Disconnect rand reconnect does not solved, only power off and power.
    Notice that:
    1. When happen, and power off there is no "power off" tone as well.
    2. It must be reset
    3. Sometime power off then on to fast, the symptom stills remain
    4. Test on BM20_EVB, also experienced same symptom
    5. All test with battery connected no USB connected until need to query

Please advise - what to check.
Also, what is the maximum current supply from SYS_PWR?
