Program seems to run only the high priority code

Hi,i have a PIC18F25K50 and when i try to program it using the usb libraries from microchip it have a strange behavior.More specifically when i have the usb cable unplugged from pc the program seems to run only the high isr code which call the USBDeviceTasks and not run anything from main code and low isr. This happens only when the program start with usb cable unplugged eg if i have the usb cable plugged, when the program start it run correctly and keep going even if i unplug-plug the cable many times. So the problem is only when the program starts for first time with usb cable unplugged.
