pic18f INTF automatically takes logic1 at the time of fluctuation

I have used one hardware interrupt pin which detects logic high in pic18f46k22 controller.  I am using 12v adapter and LM2596 regulator ic  to power my circuit.  But at the time of fluctuation or when i switch on/off my power quickly, controller detects logic high automatically. Is their any kind of hardware circuit require at interrupt pin ? I have made pulled low on the interrupt pin . Any help would be great to me.. Thanks

Add a sufficient delay (say several 100s of milliseconds) and clear the int flag(s) before enabling interrupts.

Does your board have bypass caps near the power pins of the PIC? If the circuit doesn't have them the fluctuation will affect the whole power scheme. Just want to make sure before trying other options.
