Stupid question: And why they don't fix it?

Apparently because the web server management team is seperate to the forum management team,
and I also suspect that most of them have no idea how the firewall works.
Maybe the guy who set it up has been moved on.
Whatever, we've been complaining about it for over four years, and got nowhere.
Best we can do is document what triggers it.
