Ethernet on PIC18F97J60 with MCC

Hello!

I've been trying for a long time to get the Ethernet module in the PIC18F97J60 controller to work (well, it's clear from the title of the post). Now I tried to make a project using MCC and the whole city how everything turned out except for one item there is no executable filehead for the ethernet_driver.h header. Tell me where it can be found because the function definitions in it require the body of the function in the executable. Therefore, the project does not compile.
MPLAB version 4.00
Version MCC v4.55

P.S. the project enclosed in the archive

    Hi
    2 questions
1 - the provided examples are not working also??
2 - why you are using old mplab?

    Hi
I'll start with the last question. I like the old MPLAB more than the new one, since 5.05 changes the project to its own settings and it stops compiling at all.
Ready-made examples from the LLA 2013 are napsyana under the C18 compilation and although they are stitched into the microcontroller ethernet does not start working.(as I understood there everything is done for the external SPI module, and the built-in side by side).
I made the project with the help of the MCC, and it even compiles, but I'm able to oscillograph the legs responsible for the issue and see nothing there.

Hi, sorry but it´s no clear for me. You told your Project was made with the old MPLAB but the link provided is for the new one.  Why??
I couldn´t compile here, but I will pay attention in you interrupt routine
Be sure if you are handling all cases. You can put a PIN Debug for instance, just to check if your code isn´t stuck in the interrupt process.
