Developing a KEELOQ Decoder.

Developing a KEELOQ Decoder.
As my MCS3142 Key Fob is working very well with the DEV Board DM182017-4, it is time to develop an Decoder.
I want to make two Decoders, one for a Classic system and one for a Classic / Ultimate system.
For the Classic system I want to make use of an HCS512 device and for the Classic / Ultimate system an PIC24FJxxxx because of the internal Crypto Engine.
I hope that the above device choices are a right decision. If not than please tell me.
I have the KEELOQ Plugin 0.20 in MPLAB X 5.00. Unfortunately all the options for the Decoder (HCS5xxx Chips) are not available in this plugin.
So, how I must program this HCS512 Device?
For the Ultimate KEELOQ I need some files for MPLAB X. I have almost all the ANxxxx documents with source codes from the past 25 years. I hope that someone can help me to program this PIC24 device with the right files or to tell me how to do this.
For now I have read all the ANxxxx documents. But this is not bringing me further.
I hope that someone can bring me in the right direction to finish this project. Really.
