MCC workaround for PIC24F04KA200

no version of MPLAB X IDE / MCC supports this part is there a different part I could use to do the setup (MCC) and then copy it
into the real project without too much trouble.
thanks for any help

    Hi,

The device you have selected has only 14 pins and it seems MCC supports a couple of products not too far away from this device : PIC24F16KM204 and PIC24FV32KA302 :
    http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/release_notes_pic24_dspic_pic32mm_v1_54.pdf

It will still be challenging for the pin multiplexing setup...

I think because the PIC24F04KA200 has so few pins that you might be better off writing the code by yourself as you might spend significant time trying to adapt code for another device

    Regards
