WINC1500 not doing DHCP connection callback in Station mode
I activated the WINC1500 Harmony examples for TCP and UDP using a Explorer board, PIC32MX795F512L and a WINC1500 Pictail plugin. It works great, and the code was modified to run both the TCP and UDP simultaneously. However, when I migrated the code to my custom board, which uses the 795F512H instead of the 795F512L processor I cannot get the WINC1500 to do the wifi_cb() callback with a type M2M_WIFI_REQ_DHCP_CONF response. Thus I never know whether connection is complete. I bypassed this by repeatedly calling m2m_wifi_get_connection_info(), and I do get a wifi callback with M2M_WIFI_RESP_CONN_INFO, which I check until a valid IP is detected. Then I can run TCP and UDP just fine. The wifi_cb() callback function also is called with u8MsgType=M2M_WIFI_RESP_CON_STATE_CHANGED. The wifi chip is ATWINC1510-MR210PB, and it reports that it has firmware version 19.4.4. I of course had to change interrupt, spi, and GPIO assignments to make things work on the custom board, but that's all behind me.
Thus the question is: why do I never get the callback with a u8MsgType=M2M_WIFI_REQ_DHCP_CONF which I always see when running the Demo board configuration?
