Between tapping from 10K resistor and capacitor and to PIC's reset pin..?

Is resistor is 470R or 4.7K..?
Pic datasheet recommended 470R resistor...



I recommend 4.7K for these PICs.

I'm using PICKIT 2 for loading the program in PIC controller.
While creating a new project from existing file,MPLAB X IDE window appering like this.
 
In this which one have to choose "ONLY PICKIT or SN:OIHoss"..?
I'm using PIC18F4520 controller.

The two options are the same, the first selects the "default" pickit2 and the second is simply the serial number/"name" of the attached pickit2(s). If you had more then one attached you would (should) see them all listed here. With only one listed pick either name, it should work.
