I want to automate the process of creating a SmartDesign/MSS project for SmartFusion2 in Libero SoC using a TCL script. I've got it working except for one thing: I need to enable MSS GPIO, and disable MMUART_1 and I2C_1 (to use those pins for other purposes). It's easy enough to do it in the GUI: just click the checkbox (circled in the attached image).
 
But, for the life of me, I can't find a corresponding TCL command (e.g. in the reference manual here https://www.microsemi.com/document-portal/doc_download/132972-libero-soc-tcl-commands-reference-guide).
 
Can someone lend me a clue?
