Abstract

This document describes the programming of the radio transceiver AT86RF212 at register level. It provides important programming sequences for operating the radio transceiver. The values referenced in the SWPM are based on the AT86RF212 datasheet. Therefore this manual should always be read in conjunction with the AT86RF212 datasheet.

In this document, the term "standard" denotes IEEE 802.15.4-2003, IEEE 802.15.4-2006 and 802.15.4c-2009 (China). In cases, where only one standard is mentioned the text refers only to this particular version of the standard.
