State Changes

This section describes how the states of radio transceiver are changed. An overview of all states and state groups can be found in section Grouping Radio Transceiver States. All states and allowed state changes are illustrated in figure 7-8 of the datasheet.

Note:

At the end of all sequences the sub register SR_TRX_STATUS is read and compared against an expectated value. This operation is shown only for the purpose of illustration of the state change and it is not an operational part of the state change process itself.

• Transitions to State TRX_OFF
• Transitions to State PLL_ON
• Transitions to State RX_ON
• Transitions to State TX_ARET_ON
• Transitions to State RX_AACK_ON
• Transitions to/from State SLEEP
