Serial SRAM

Need more RAM? SPI-compatible Serial SRAM devices from Microchip are available in 64 and 256 Kbit options. These devices provide high-speed performance at low power making them ideal for embedded applications needing more RAM. The devices use fewer pins with fewer interface connections and smaller packages thus ensuring smaller designs and lower system costs.

SST Serial Flash
