    All 600 series op amps are Rail-to-Rail Out, All 1000 and 6000 series op amps are Rail-to-Rail In/Out.
    Most of the above op amps are characterized for -40°C to +125°C operation.
    MCP6021 in SOT-23 package available in 2H/2005.
