Summary Description:
The EMC1701 Single Channel High-Side DC Current and Temperature Sense Evaluation Board is a USB-based platform that provides the means to evaluate features and to view and modify registers of the EMC1701 device. LEDs indicate status information and test points are included to monitor system voltages with a user-provided voltmeter or oscilloscope.

This Kit Contains:
• 1x EMC1701 Single Channel High-Side DC Current and Temperature Sense Evaluation Board (ADM00495)
• 1x USB cable

Features:
• Test pins and LEDs for monitoring onboard function
• Screw terminal connections for monitoring external system current up to 20A
• Multiple onboard adjustable current sources (steady state, square wave, test pulse)
• USB to SMBus bridge for power and communications
• Capability to connect directly to external SMBus master
• Chip Manager application allows viewing and modifying register values, graphing registers, and saving of the current configuration of all registers for quick loading at a later time
