Thanks for letting us know. Just wondering if the web team can come out a common list of banned words and some features of the forum software. In this case, if I have a post with the banned word, it will automatically be deleted and no error message is shown. However it is still shown in the forum front page. This is not so good. Anyway I learned something...

Agreed. The "error" now was "feature is disabled etc etc" which of course is not meaningful...

May be it's because they don't have any microchip product inside or they do ? didn't see any from the folks that whacked a couple of those.

One of the chips is a 620MHz Samsung ARM processor, but there are many other components for specific functions. And there are folks that already have some hacks for it :-)

Hi guys, I'll try to describe what's happening without using the spammed words so this post will remain in the system. We remove spam, like posts for selling phones and game boxes, because we don't want you to have to view all the sales pitches or ads for buying these types of devices. The way we do it is to remove posts that use these types of words. The best guidance I can proivde is that it includes many or all phone brand names, electronic gamming machines, and popluar items that people try to sell. I can't list them here or this post won't stay in the system. It's the only way we can get rid of the spam inside the forum. Bad words are replaced with asterisk to solve a different issue. You're generally not selling something when you use a bad word. So I can't get rid of the sales pitches just by replacing them with asterisks. Hope this helps to explain things. Nanci
