Does Programmer To Go Mode Verify?

I have a part that was about half programmed but programmer to go indicated that it passed.

Does programmer to go mode do a verify after programming? (Maybe before setting code protect?) I couldn't find the sequence documented anywhere.

Thanks!

Yes, it should do a verify before setting the config bits.

Which device and which version of MPLAB X are you using?

It's a PIC16F1704T-I/ML. PK3 programmer to go was set up back in January with the current version of MPLAB IPE at the time. It has been used off an on since then and the half-programming is known to have happened only once.

I get that PK3 is not a "production programmer". That may be enough to close out this post in and of itself. (Programmer to go mode is just so darned handy!)

I'm hoping that PK4 may be a better long term solution once it becomes available.
