As mentioned in the other post/forum, just type "miim <CR>" and it will display what you can do with it: read or write a PHY register, dump a set of registers, set a PHY address, etc.
    It's a very simple command.

You need to enable the MIIM commands and the TCP/IP commands. See the attached.

I've configure like you but now I've an error at the compilation
error: 'SYS_CONSOLE_APPIO_WR_QUEUE_DEPTH' undeclared here (not in a function)

The console is activated automatically when I add your request but In the console treeview I've an error too
Select Peripheral For Console Instance "APPIO_CONSOLE"
**** NOTE:APPIO is currently not suppported for this device

Could you tell me the next step please.

    Edit
I modify the console to redirect it to the USB like the screenshot.
The serial port is created when I send "miim" + return nothing happen

and impossible to conenct with this telnet command: telnet 192.168.26.110

    Thanks

Is the USB console working, does it recognize any commands?
Do you see messages coming out during the TCP/IP stack initialization?
Try "help" and check if there's any response.

Cdc serial COM port is created correctly.
No response from the board if I send "help"

Then please check that all the components needed for the USB console to work are properly selected: the system command processor, the system console, etc. I'd recommend starting from an example that's part of the Harmony distribution and that one should work. That  would help identify what is missing in your set up.
