Studio-7 ASF Bug in START Projects list

Following instructions to start Atmel Studio 7 with a START project leads to a list of many projects and gives people the opportunity to search the projects for one aligned with their needs.  BUT, when you get to the list you CANNOT use the mouse to scroll through the list.  You must use Page Up or Page Down.  A scroll control appears momentarily on the right side of the list of projects, but you cannot click on it because it becomes invisible.  The mouse scroll wheel does not work. I run Windows 10 on a 1-day-old HP Pavilion PC.  Hope someone can fix this.  --Jon

Yes, Microchip now own Atmel, but this is still principally a PIC support forum, so you won't find much help here.
I think there are several existing Atmel help forums.

This forum is mis-configured so it only works correctly if you access it via https protocol.
The Microchip website links to it using http protocol. Will they ever catch on?
