I've downloader the hex of the bootloader alone, an the hex of the bootloader+prog.
What do you use to compare files ?

It is hard to view the file with this soft, Do you know winmerge ?

HxD is for comparing binaries, which is a better idea than trying to compare .hex files with winmerge because all the extra noise of hex files will get in the way.

If I program the bootloader program with the Hex read by IPE , it works.
Because all the memory is stored inside

Is it putting anything in the upper mapped boot flash alias? 0xnFC20000 onwards. n could be 1, 9, B.
